Some products will be fulfilled through Omnitype Fulfillment and are subject to Omnitype’s Shipping Policy. For products handled directly by Clever Keebs, please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping & Processing Times

At checkout, you’ll be able to select a shipping method, and if available, an estimated transit time will be displayed. Please note that these are only estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Transit time estimates do not include order processing time.

Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order.
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Group buys and preorders require additional time, generally shipping within 1-10 business days once the product has arrived and fulfillment begins.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons and after holidays.

Address & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to an incorrect or misspelled shipping address provided by the customer. In these cases, we will not issue refunds or send replacements.
If a package is returned to us due to an issue beyond our control (e.g., an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

International Orders

International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP), also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means Clever Keebs is responsible for shipping the package, but the customer is responsible for any additional import fees, including VAT, duties, and customs clearance fees.
If a customer refuses to pay import duties or declines the package, the order will be returned. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and depending on the carrier fees, the refund amount may be significantly reduced—or even $0. Clever Keebs will not absorb return shipping costs for international packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
